Summary: Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, maintaining positive interactions with facilities and patients. Deliver quality care according to a plan of care, supervise Rehab Techs if required, and handle case management responsibilities. Maintain professional conduct and adhere to all regulations.

Essential Duties:

• Optimize patient functional abilities under PT supervision
• Develop and build effective physical therapy programs
• Enhance expertise through interaction, self-study, and continuing education
• Maintain valid state licensure and stay informed about industry issues
• Understand billing, treatment guidelines, and delivery methods to provide appropriate care
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Communicate effectively in English in all written and spoken forms
