Job summary

Fitness Quest Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed physical therapist to join a therapist-driven culture that puts patient care first. The role offers an up to $10k sign-on bonus and compensation in the $85k–$100k range, plus comprehensive benefits and a 4% employer match on 401(k).

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure in the practice state.
• Demonstrates passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through history and examination.
• Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care aligned with patient goals and lifestyle.
• Deliver skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities to improve function and reduce pain.
• Track patient outcomes and adjust approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey.
