Physical Therapist ‐ Acute ‐ (PT ‐ Acute)

Start Date: 6/16/2025 | Pay Rate: $1532.75 ‐ $1679.50

Position Details:

• PT needed ASAP for 13 weeks
• Patients scheduled Monday ‐ Thursday 8:00 ‐ 5:15 and Friday 8:00 ‐ 12:30
• Facility Setting: Outpatient
• SC license required
• Minimum 1 year experience in outpatient setting
• Position involves floating between Cheraw OP PT clinic and Pageland OP PT clinic (CC 478J)

Facility Information:

• Number of beds: N/A for outpatient setting
• EMR: Epic
• Scrub/dress code: professional/business casual or solid color scrubs (teal, Caribbean, wine, white, black, grey, pink)
• Parking: on-site at outpatient clinic

Qualifications:

• Physical Therapist, Acute: 1 year experience, PT license (compact accepted), BLS-AHA certification
• OR Physical Therapist, Outpatient: SSN and DOB required; no more than 90 days gap in work history in the past year

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in outpatient setting
