Clinical Variety & Challenge
Rotate through ICU, PICU, neuro, ortho, trauma, and post-op units
Treat a wide range of medically complex patients with a collaborative, interdisciplinary team
Expand your skills across multiple hospital floors with full clinical support
Patient-Centered Care
30-minute, individualized treatment sessions
Average caseload of just 10 patients/day—allowing for meaningful interactions and improved outcomes
Emphasis on autonomy and flexibility based on patient needs
Flexible Scheduling
Choose from 4x10s or 5x8s (scheduling varies by unit needs)
Minimal weekends—typically 1 in 8
Optional weekend PRN coverage at $60/hr
Mentorship + Onboarding Support
Structured orientation program with shadowing + hands-on training
Excellent fit for new grads, returning acute care therapists, or those transitioning from outpatient
$36.58 – $52.55/hour based on experience
Up to $30,000 in bonuses (sign-on + retention)
20 days PTO + full medical, dental, vision, life, and retirement
CEU support + in-house continuing education
