The Physical Therapist performs examinations, evaluations, and establishes plans of care including goals and recommendations for discharge. Provides daily treatment to promote functional independence, modifies treatment programs, documents in EHR, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team. Participates in program improvement, clinical education, and customer service standards.
