Job Title: Per Diem Telehealth Physical Therapist
Location: Remote – Based in Dallas-Fort Worth Metro Area

About the Role:

Vista Physical Therapy is seeking a Per Diem Telehealth Physical Therapist to provide virtual care to patients across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metro area. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed PT looking for flexibility, supplemental income, or a way to stay clinically engaged without a traditional in-clinic schedule.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct one-on-one virtual physical therapy sessions via a HIPAA-compliant platform
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Provide education, home exercise programs, and follow-up care instructions
• Document all patient interactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with our in-clinic providers and care teams to ensure continuity of care

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Texas Physical Therapist license (required)
• At least 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Comfortable using telehealth technology and EMR systems
• Must reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metro area
