Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join a 250+ bed acute care hospital in Frisco, TX. The role emphasizes 1:1 patient care across ICU, Neuro, Cardiac, and other units, with a structured 7-month onboarding and mentorship. Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist (NPTE).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care in acute care settings.

• Collaborate with the rehab team and participate in onboarding mentorship.

About the Hospital

• 250+ bed Trauma Center
• Join a collaborative team of over 20 PTs, OTs, and SLPs in acute care, and more in other settings

Schedule

• Full-time permanent position working 5-8's
  • 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday
  • 1in4 Weekend Rotation

About the Position
