Nealy Pierce, LLC in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a 100% Acute Care role covering ICU, Neuro, Cardiac, Ortho, Oncology and Med/Surg with a diverse caseload. The position emphasizes patient education and a patient-centered approach.

The hospital operates a 350+ bed Trauma Center, with a collaborative team of 20+ PTs, OTs, and SLPs. The schedule is a full-time permanent role, with an 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM shift pattern and a 1-in-4 weekend rotation, plus an 8am-4:30pm

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (NPTE).
• Experience in the Acute Care setting is preferred.
• Open to New Grads or Experienced Therapists.
• Patient education-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care in acute care units.
• Educate patients about treatment plans and discharge expectations.
• Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to coordinate care.
