Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a 250+ bed trauma center and a collaborative team of 20+ PTs, OTs, and SLPs. You will provide 1:1 PT care across units including ICU, Neuro, Cardiac, Ortho, Oncology, and Med/Surg, with a patient population spanning adult, geriatric, and pediatric care.

A 7‑month mentorship and onboarding program supports your transition. Expect a full-time schedule with time built in for documentation, plus relocation assistance and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (NPTE).
• Passion for Acute Care and ability to treat 1:1.
• Open to new grads or experienced therapists; acute care experience preferred.
• Collaborative, team-building personality with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 physical therapy care in an acute care setting for diverse patient populations (adult, geriatric, pediatric).
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, progress, and discharge expectations.
• Manage documentation within allocated time and participate in the 7‑month onboarding program.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

About the Hospital

Schedule

• Full-time permanent position working 5-8's
  • 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday
  • 1in4 Weekend Rotation
