Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our 200+ bed Trauma Center in Waco, TX. The ideal candidate embraces acute care, delivers 1:1 patient care, and commits to building a durable career focused on patient education and outcomes.

We offer an 8-month mentorship and onboarding program, dedicated documentation time, relocation assistance, and full benefits. Schedule is full-time, 5-8s, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with a 1-in-4 weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (NPTE).
• Passion for Acute Care and desire to treat 1:1.
• Open to New Grads or Experienced Therapists.
• Experience in the Acute Care setting is preferred.
• Collaborative, team-building personality style.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care in acute care settings.
• Educate patients about their condition and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

About the Hospital

• 200+ bed Trauma Center
• Join a collaborative team of 20 PTs, OTs, and SLPs in acute care, and more in other settings

Schedule

• Full-time permanent position working 5-8's
  • 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday
  • 1in4 Weekend Rotation
