Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a full-time position in a 200+ bed acute care hospital in Midland, TX. You will provide 1:1 patient care and contribute to education and discharge planning.

The role offers a 5-8 shift pattern, comprehensive benefits, a sign-on bonus, loan forgiveness, relocation help, and a mentorship onboarding program to support professional growth. The caseload spans Ortho, Neuro, Cardiopulm and ICU units.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (NPTE).

About the Hospital:

• 200+ bed hospital


• Join a collaborative team of 20 PTs, OTs, and SLPs in acute care, plus more in other settings

Schedule:
