Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is hiring a Physical Therapist for an acute inpatient rehab role with a strong emphasis on individualized patient care and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team. The position offers a supportive environment with a formal mentorship program and dedicated time for documentation.

The ideal candidate is licensed or eligible for licensure, enjoys 1:1 patient care, and has interest in neurodiagnoses within an inpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (NPTE) or become licensed before employment begins.
• Passion for Acute Rehab/Inpatient Rehab and desire to treat 1:1.
• Experience with neurodiagnoses in an Inpatient setting is preferred.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care in acute inpatient rehab setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs.
• Engage in continuous education and certification opportunities.
• Participate in structured mentorship for new grads.
