Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time acute care position in El Paso, TX. Join a 250+ bed hospital team delivering 1:1 patient care across units with a strong emphasis on patient education and evidence-based therapy.

The role includes a 6-week mentorship onboarding, 4+ weeks PTO, and full benefits with medical/dental insurance and 401k match. A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are offered to support your transition.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapist license (NPTE).
• Experience in Acute Care preferred; open to new grads.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care in acute care settings.

About the Hospital:

• 250+ bed hospital
• Join a collaborative team of 20 PTs, OTs, and SLPs in acute care, plus more in other settings

Schedule:

• Full-time permanent position working 5-8's
  • 8 to 5pm
  • 1in4 Weekend Rotation
