You'll provide evidence-based care in a collaborative clinic, with 40+ minute one-on-one sessions, and a diverse caseload spanning Orthopedic, Post-Surgical, Sports, and General Orthopedics.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible to obtain license in the practice state.

• Experience with outpatient orthopedic physical therapy as licensed therapist or during clinical rotations for new grads.

Responsibilities

• Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes.
• Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care reflecting each patient’s goals and lifestyle.
• Deliver interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities.
• Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust approach based on progress.
• Serve as a trusted resource and advocate throughout the recovery journey.

Job Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday (40 hours per week): Alternating morning and evening shifts. We’re happy to review scheduling options during the interview process.

• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

About

Compensation: $90K - $120K+, with an optional higher-caseload compensation model and additional compensation for eligible certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
