Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Rehab team in Florida. You will deliver safe, effective physical therapy as prescribed by physicians and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team and supervise support staff as needed. The position offers a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend, and requires a DPT (or equivalent) with Florida licensure.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from CAPTE-accredited program.
• Master’s degree in physical therapy may be accepted if conferred before 2019.
• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from CAPTE accredited program conferred before 2000 may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe and competent physical therapy as ordered by a physician.
• Plans, organizes and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to PT principles.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team; supervises work of support personnel.
