Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver safe, evidence-based care for patients, per physician orders. Responsibilities include planning and implementing therapy programs, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and supervising support personnel.

A DPT degree from a CAPTE-accredited program and a current Florida PT license are required; temporary permits may be accepted.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Temporary Florida PT license may be accepted; active licensure required.
• Florida Physical Therapist license is required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe and competent physical therapy as ordered by a physician.
• Plans, organizes and implements specific treatment programs for patients.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Supervises work of support personnel.
