Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Master’s degree in physical therapy (optional if prior to 2019) and BA/BS in PT may be considered.
• Current Florida Physical Therapist license; temporary permit may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe and competent physical therapy as ordered by a physician.
• Plans, organizes and implements treatment programs for individual patients.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Supervises work of support personnel.
