Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (BS/MS/DPT) and must meet state CEU requirements.
• 2 years of experience preferred.
• Possess a current Georgia Physical Therapist license or Georgia compact privileges.
• BCLS - Basic Life Support through AHA Required.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services to a designated group of patients, assisting them to reach highest level of physical independence.
• Conduct physical therapy evaluations, modalities, and treatments to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.
• Provide patient care to all ages (pediatric, adult, geriatric).
• Supervise and guide care for patients treated by physical therapist assistants.
