Job summary

Campbell County Health in Gillette, WY seeks a Physical Therapist to organize and conduct prescribed therapy programs, restore function, and prevent disability after disease or injury. You will help patients reach maximum performance while addressing physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs as part of a collaborative rehab team.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, developing and implementing care plans, documenting progress, and providing education to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy school.
• Must be licensed in, or eligible to be licensed, in Wyoming.
• One year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient assessment and documents in medical record.
• Develops an age-appropriate plan of care in collaboration with the care team.
• Implements the plan of care and ensures documentation of interventions.
• Sees all patients as scheduled and assists with other needs.
• Completes daily treatment notes to support continuation of skilled therapy.
