CHS is seeking a Physical Therapist at Merit Health River Region to evaluate, plan, and administer therapeutic procedures for patients across ages as prescribed by physicians. The role requires clear documentation and collaborative care to optimize outcomes.

You will develop individualized goals, deliver therapy, reassess progress, and educate patients and families while working within a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality treatment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• 0-2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting.
• PT license in the state of employment; BLS within 30 days.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapy treatments and document progress.
• Reassess plans to align with patient progress.
• Document evaluations, plans, progress notes, and billing.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and care.
