You will develop individualized goals, provide treatments, and regularly reassess progress, documenting all findings accurately.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• 0–2 years of physical therapy experience.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts thorough PT evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Administers therapy treatments and documents interventions.
• Reassesses and adjusts plans based on patient progress.
• Documents evaluations, plans, progress notes, and billing.
• Educates patients and families on exercises and post-treatment care.
• Operates therapy equipment safely and maintains a safe environment.
• Collaborates with physicians and the care team to ensure continuity.
• Maintains compliance with safety, infection control, and policies.
