Qualifications

• Current State Physical Therapist license or expected licensing within six months.
• CPR certification is required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat a wide range of patients with evidence-based methods.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and care coordination timely and accurately.
• Educate patients and families on plans, recovery expectations, and home programs.
• Manage caseload to meet clinic productivity standards and goals.
• Collaborate with clinicians and referral partners to ensure coordinated care.
