Colorado In Motion, a member of the Confluent Health family, is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join a mentorship-driven team in Fort Collins. You will deliver evidence-based, 1:1 patient care with access to residency programs through EIM, ongoing CE opportunities, and clear development pathways.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible to obtain licensure in the state of practice.
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and develop plans of care.
• Collaborate with patients to reflect goals, needs and lifestyle in plans of care.
• Deliver interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities.
• Track patient outcomes and adjust approach based on progress.
• Act as a trusted resource and advocate throughout recovery.
