Worcester Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is hiring Physical Therapists for full-time, part-time, and per diem roles in Worcester, MA. You will assess patients, develop care plans, and provide direct treatment across a general rehab caseload.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Massachusetts Physical Therapy license.
• PT degree (B.S./M.S./DPT) or higher required.
• Newly licensed therapists encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Screens patients/residents and evaluates them to develop appropriate care plans.
• Provides direct resident treatment in accordance with established plans of care.
• Contributes to team meetings and decision-making.
• Consults with and trains patients, residents, and caregivers.
• Documents activities according to our clinical documentation system.
• Demonstrates knowledge of Medicare and other reimbursement regulations.
• Communicates effectively with patients, residents, team members, customers, and supervisors.

As a Physical Therapist at Worcester Rehab, you will play a vital role in providing patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation to a general rehab caseload.
