Job summary

PRN Home Health & Therapy, a Wisconsin-based company, is seeking a Physical Therapist for in-home care on a 0.6-1.0 FTE schedule. You will evaluate patients at home, develop individualized treatment plans, and work with families and the care team to improve mobility and independence.
