Job summary

Lawrenceville Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.

You will conduct PT assessments, deliver direct patient care, and document progress in PCC EMR. A valid PT license and CPR certification are required, with a commitment to ongoing professional development and patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid PT license for state practicing.
• Ability to conduct PT assessments of referred patients and provide direct patient care.
• Proficient in PCC EMR documentation.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license for state practicing.
• Conduct Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
• Proficient in EMR documentation (we use PCC but experience in this system is not required).
• CPR Certification.
