Wyndhurst Health & Rehabilitation in Lynchburg, VA is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our clinical team. You will conduct PT assessments of referred patients and provide direct patient care to support rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Experience conducting PT assessments and providing direct patient care.
• CPR certification required.
• Proficient in EMR documentation (PCC is used).

Responsibilities

• Conduct PT assessments of referred patients and provide direct patient care to support rehabilitation.
• Document patient progress in PCC EMR accurately.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain patient safety and adhere to professional standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license for state practicing.
• Conduct Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
• Proficient in EMR documentation (we use PCC but experience in this system is not required).
• CPR Certification.
