• Graduate from an accredited program with a DPT or equivalent.
• Current state licensure or actively pursuing licensure.
• Experience in post-acute care is preferred.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited education program with the appropriate degrees in Physical Therapy

• Current state licensure -or- in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure

Preferred Qualifications
