Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program with the appropriate degree.
• Current state licensure or in the process of obtaining licensure.
• Experience in post-acute care is preferred.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited education program with the appropriate degrees in Physical Therapy
• Current state licensure -or- in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure
