Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join a not-for-profit team serving senior living communities in Westerville, Ohio. You will provide individualized rehabilitation sessions, develop and adjust treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve residents’ quality of life.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth within a leading

Qualifications

• PT degree in the relevant discipline.
• Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice or eligible to obtain.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative services to residents under medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate plan of care.
• Treat residents one-on-one with individualized, functional-based sessions.
• Engage in a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays.
