Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide individualized rehabilitation within senior living communities.

You will work as part of a collaborative team to plan and implement treatment programs that improve residents’ quality of life while following clinical orders and state licensure requirements. The role emphasizes private, one-on-one sessions, a Monday–Friday schedule, and opportunities for professional growth within a not-for-profit organization serving

• Degree in area of discipline.
• Current Physical Therapy license for state of practice.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative services to residents under medical orders as part of a team.
• Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on findings.
• Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate care plans.
• Treat residents one on one with individualized sessions using functional approaches.
• Contribute to a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements.
