Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitative services within senior living communities, delivering individualized, functionally based treatment plans.

Ideal candidates hold a current PT license, with strong interpersonal and clinical skills, and the ability to use computer systems for charting. This full‑time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in an area of discipline.
• Current Physical Therapy license in the state of practice, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.
• Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care for patients.
• Treat residents one on one, not in a group setting, so each patient receives individualized attention through private treatment sessions with a functional‑based approach.
• You have the ability to individualize treatment sessions.

USD $43.00 - USD $50.00 / Hr.
