Corewell Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to examine, evaluate, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with functional limitations. The PT will consult with clinicians on continuum of care and interact with patients of all ages while upholding Corewell Health customer service standards.

Responsibilities include performing comprehensive assessments, documenting progress, and collaborating with care teams to optimize outcomes in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Masters or Doctorate Degree is preferred.
• Michigan State License in Physical Therapy is required.
• BLS certification is required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required. Masters or Doctorate Degree preferred.
• Work Experience:
• Written or verbal communication skills required. Word processing and computer skills required. It is preferred that pediatric therapists have NDT certification and competency in serial casting.
• Certification, Licensure, Registration:
