Corewell Health’s Farmington Hills location seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to examine and evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide care consultations along the continuum of care. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy, Michigan licensure, and BLS, with preferred pediatric experience and NDT certification.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (MS/PhD preferred).
• Michigan State License in Physical Therapy required.
• BLS certification required.
• Pediatric therapy experience and NDT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examine, evaluate and develop a treatment plan for patients with functional limitations and disabilities.

Education / Training

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required. Masters or Doctorate Degree preferred.

Work Experience

• Written or verbal communication skills required. Word processing and computer skills required. It is preferred that pediatric therapists have NDT certification and competency in serial casting.

Certification, Licensure, Registration

• Michigan State License in Physical Therapy required.
• BLS certification required.
