Job summary

Corewell Health Physical Therapy in Royal Oak is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to examine, evaluate, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with functional limitations. You will provide clinical consultation to other providers and ensure care aligns with our customer service standards.

The role requires a Michigan license and a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, with a Master’s or Doctorate preferred and BLS certification.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Examine, evaluate and develop a treatment plan for patients with functional limitations and disabilities.

• Interact appropriately with patients of all ages and cultures and adhere to customer service standards.

About the Unit

Corewell Health Physical Therapy provides treatments to individuals of all ages that have pain or physical limitations affecting their ability to move and perform everyday activities. Our team of physical therapists and physical therapist assistants are licensed health care professionals focused on maximizing movement potential, injury prevention, treatment, and sustainable wellness.

Scope of Work

The physical therapist is responsible for examining, evaluating and developing a treatment plan for patients with functional limitations and disabilities. PT's provide consultation to healthcare providers regarding a patient's continuum of care. The individual in this position is required to appropriately interact with all patients regardless of age or culture and to adhere to the Corewell Health customer service standards.

Standard Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Masters or Doctorate Degree preferred.
• Michigan State License in Physical Therapy required.
• BLS certification required.
