Job summary

SOL Physical Therapy, part of Alliance Physical Therapy Partners, seeks a full-time Physical Therapist to join our Walnut Creek clinic. You will provide evaluation, treatment, and compassionate care within a clinician-led team that values patient-first decisions.

We offer ongoing mentorship, opportunities for growth, and a supportive schedule with AgileRPM documentation. Expect collaborative care and strong relationships with patients and referral partners.

Qualifications

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist.
• Compassionate mindset and desire to build long-term patient relationships.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
• Build trusted relationships with patients through meaningful one-to-one care.
• Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful, team-oriented environment.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support long-term outcomes.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources.
• Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM.
