Job summary

SOL Physical Therapy, part of Alliance Physical Therapy Partners, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for our Piedmont, CA clinic. Join a clinician-led team that emphasizes patient-first care, mentorship, and career growth.

You’ll provide patient care within your scope, collaborate with therapists, support education, and travel to local clinics as needed. We offer a supportive environment, AGILE EMR, CEU resources, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible PTA in California.
• Patient-first approach and compassionate care.
• Willingness to travel to local clinics as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PTA care according to plan of care.
• Assist in patient assessments and track progress.
• Collaborate with evaluating therapists to achieve treatment goals.
• Educate patients and families about plans of care.
• Support discharge planning and re-assessment with therapists.
• Communicate effectively with the care team.
• Follow clinic policies and maintain EMR documentation.
• Travel to local clinics as needed.

What Your Day Will Look Like

Your day is designed around patient-first, relationship-driven care—not volume for volume’s sake.

• Delivers patient care according to standards, physician orders, and care plan
• Assists in patient assessment and tracks progress within scope of practice
• Collaborates with evaluating therapists to support treatment goals and outcomes
• Provides education to patients, families, and caregivers according to the established plan of care.
• Supports discharge planning and goal reassessment with therapist
• Communicates effectively with care team to optimize patient outcomes
• Applies appropriate clinical techniques, modalities, and equipment
• Travels to local clinics as needed---
