Job summary

SOL PT, Alliance Physical Therapy Partners, is growing and looking for a full‑time Physical Therapist/Clinic Director to join our clinician‑led team in Concord, CA. You will oversee clinical care and lead day‑to‑day operations with patient‑centered practice.

• Evaluate and treat patients using evidenced-based plans of care
• Build trusted relationships with patients through one-on-one care
• Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a team environment
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans for long-term outcomes
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources
• Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM
• Support students or teammates through mentorship and leadership
