Job summary

SOL Physical Therapy, an Alliance Physical Therapy Partners clinic, is seeking a full‑time Physical Therapist to join our clinician‑led team in Oakland, CA. You’ll evaluate and treat patients with individualized care plans and collaborate closely with PTAs and staff.

Our program supports mentorship, career growth, and the freedom to practice the way you were trained, with AgileRPM documentation, generous CEU budgets, and a structured leadership pathway. New grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist.
• New grads and experienced Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
• Build trusted relationships with patients through meaningful one-on-one care.
• Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful, team-oriented environment.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support long-term outcomes.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources.
• Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM.

What Your Day Will Look Like
