Job summary

Alliance Physical Therapy Partners is seeking a Clinic Director (Physical Therapist) to join SOL Sports Orthopedic Leaders. This full-time position offers mentorship, career growth, and a focus on patient-first care.

As a Clinic Director, you'll evaluate and treat patients with individualized plans, promote integrity-driven care, and collaborate with a dedicated team. Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k), are included.

What Your Day Will Look Like

Your day is designed around patient‑first, relationship‑driven care—not volume for volume’s sake.

• Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence‑based plans of care
• Build trusted relationships with patients through meaningful one‑on‑one care
• Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful, team‑oriented environment
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support long‑term outcomes
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources
• Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM
• Support students or teammates through mentorship and leadership when appropriate

Physical Requirements

• Ability to assist patients with transfers and mobility
