California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy in Walnut Creek is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedics. You will evaluate and treat orthopedic conditions, building individualized care plans and delivering hands-on therapy with evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active or eligible California PT license.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic & musculoskeletal conditions.
• Build individualized plans of care tailored to each patient.
• Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehab.
• Educate patients and families throughout the rehab process.
• Document care thoroughly and accurately in the EMR.
• Collaborate with an experienced, supportive clinical team.
• Maintain compliance with payer, federal, and state regulations.

Physical Therapist (Full-Time) – Outpatient Orthopedics

Total Compensation

• Approximately $140,000–$160,000 total annual compensation
  (Base salary + monthly incentives + CEU reimbursement + sign-on + loan repayment)
• Base Salary: $95,000–$115,000 (DOE)
• Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500/month
• Sign-on bonus up to $5,000
• Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000
