California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy – San Jose (Moorpark Ave) is seeking a Physical Therapist to join an outpatient orthopedic team. You will have clinical autonomy, mentorship, and a patient-centered approach in a clinician-led environment designed to help you grow.

This full-time role offers a comprehensive compensation package with base salary, incentives, sign-on bonus, CEU reimbursement, student loan repayment, and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent.
• Active (or eligible) California PT license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for outpatient orthopedics.
• New graduates and experienced PTs encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality orthopedic physical therapy.
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehab.
• Document patient care accurately using the EMR.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Join a collaborative outpatient orthopedic team where clinical autonomy, mentorship, and patient-centered care come first. At California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy (CRST), you’ll practice in a supportive, clinician-led environment designed to help you learn, grow, and thrive.

Total Compensation

• Approximately $140,000–$160,000 total annual compensation
  (Base salary + incentives + sign-on bonus + CEU reimbursement + student loan repayment)
• Base Salary: $95,000–$115,000 (DOE)
• Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500/month
• Sign-on bonus up to $10,000
• Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality orthopedic physical therapy
