Job summary

Pacific Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedics in Stockton, CA. This full-time role offers mentorship, residency pathways, and a collaborative clinician-led environment to help patients resume activities they love.

You will evaluate and treat in an outpatient setting, develop evidence-based plans, perform manual therapy, educate families, document in the EMR, and maintain regulatory compliance. New grads are encouraged to apply.

At Pacific Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy, you’ll receive mentorship, training, and long-term support as you help patients return to the activities they love.

Total Compensation

• Approximately $140,000–$160,000 total annual compensation
  (Base salary + incentives + CEU reimbursement + sign-on + loan repayment)
• Base Salary: $95,000–$115,000 (DOE)
• Monthly incentive opportunities up to $2,500/month
• Sign-on bonus up to $7,500
• Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000
