Job summary

California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy – Concord is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. You’ll work in a patient-first environment with mentorship, residency access, and flexible scheduling.

We offer base salary with incentives, CEU reimbursement, sign-on bonus, loan repayment, generous PTO, and comprehensive benefits across our PRN network.

Qualifications

• DPT or equivalent required.
• Active California PT license (or eligibility).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with individualized, evidence-based plans.
• Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehab.
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention and home programs.
• Document care accurately in the EMR.
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team.
• Participate in mentorship, team education, and ongoing CE.
• Maintain compliance with state/federal regulations.

Total Compensation

• Approximately $140,000–$160,000 total annual compensation
  (Base salary + incentives + CEU reimbursement + sign-on bonus + loan repayment)
• Base Salary: $95,000–$115,000
• Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500/month
• Sign-on bonus up to $7,500
• Student loan repayment up to $25,000
