Job summary

California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for the Morgan Hill outpatient orthopedic clinic. You will assess patients, develop individualized plans, and provide evidence-based orthopedic care in a collaborative setting.

The role emphasizes mentorship, professional development, and opportunities to grow within PRN’s clinician-led network, with visa sponsorship available at select clinics.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active or eligible California PT license.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and design individualized plans of care.
• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based orthopedic treatment.
• Document all treatment, progress, and discharge planning in the EMR.
• Collaborate with PTs, support staff, and leadership.
• Educate patients and caregivers throughout rehabilitation process.
• Participate in team meetings, CE, and mentorship activities.
• Maintain compliance with payer, state, and federal requirements.

Total Compensation

• Approximately $140,000–$160,000 total annual compensation
  (Base salary + incentives + sign-on bonus + CEU reimbursement + loan repayment)
• Base Salary: $95,000–$115,000 (DOE)
• Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500/month
• Sign-on bonus up to $7,500
• Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000

About the Morgan Hill Clinic

Our Morgan Hill outpatient orthopedic clinic provides personalized, evidence-based PT with a strong emphasis on:

• Manual therapy
• Functional rehabilitation
• Pre- & post-operative care
• Orthopedic and sports-related injuries
• Spine rehab, work injury rehab, ASTYM, and dry needling

You’ll join a collaborative and encouraging team with access to clinical residencies, mentorship, and leadership development.
