Qualifications

• PT degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice upon hire.
• Ability to obtain licensure in additional states where care may be delivered, if applicable.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (required upon hire).
