Job summary

Northwest Rehabilitation & Associates, a Therapy Partners Group member, is seeking an outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team serving Salem, Keizer and surrounding communities. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and apply manual therapy, exercises, modalities, and education to help patients reach rehab goals.

You will document progress in Raintree, monitor outcomes, and stay current with best practices through continuing education.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Outpatient experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Patient Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals, considering evidence-based practices.
  • Therapeutic Interventions: Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
  • Documentation: Use Raintree to document patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in compliance with regulations and clinic policies.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients and families about rehabilitation processes, home exercise programs, and preventative care strategies.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest research, techniques, and best practices through continuing education.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, develop tailored treatment plans, and help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:
