Job summary

PUSH Staffing is seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) for PRN and contract assignments in the Houston metropolitan area. Clinicians will provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders and facility or agency policies while helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and maximize independence.

Qualifications

• Current Texas Physical Therapist License.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• 1+ year of clinical experience preferred.
• Home Health experience preferred.
• Valid Texas Driver's License.
• Reliable transportation.
• Current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and credential verification.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training.
• Educate patients and caregivers.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
