Job summary

Aegis Healthcare is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to join our Scottsdale area team. You will assess patients, plan therapies, and deliver treatments across Chandler/Tempe/Mesa as needed under State regulations.

We offer a flexible schedule, ongoing training, and per-visit compensation between $75 and $100. The role supports a supportive team culture and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy License in the state of practice.
• 2 years PT experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Kinnser / Wellsky experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication & time management skills.
• Valid Driver's License with proof of current insurance & reliable transportation.
• Valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Current CPR Certification & Proof of Negative TB Test.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan and administer physical therapy treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise assistants and delegate tasks.
• Restore function and help patients achieve maximum performance within their capabilities.

Job Summary

The Home Health Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, directs, and administers physical therapy treatments prescribed at your discretion, and adhering to regulations and guidelines. They delegate tasks, supervise assistants, and use prescribed treatments to restore function, prevent disability, and help patients achieve their maximum performance within their capabilities.
