Job summary

Elite Physical Therapy, part of Alliance Physical Therapy Partners, seeks a full-time Physical Therapist for our North Tacoma clinic. Join a clinician-led team dedicated to patient-first care and strong mentorship.

You will evaluate and treat patients, collaborate with PTAs, and contribute to a supportive, growth-focused culture with AgileRPM documentation and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist.
• Desire to build long-term patient relationships and professional growth.
• Interest in mentoring teammates and contributing to clinic leadership.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
• Build trusted patient relationships through one-on-one care.
• Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a team-driven environment.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans for long-term outcomes.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources.
• Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM.
• Mentor students or teammates when appropriate.

What Your Day Will Look Like

Your day is designed around patient‑first, relationship‑driven care—not volume for volume’s sake.

• Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence‑based plans of care
